Titles and professions don’t exempt people from the very experiences they guide others through. It’s a reminder that expertise doesn’t mean perfection—it means growth, understanding, and the humility to keep evolving.

This workshop provides a safe, supportive space for survivors of trauma—especially Child Sexual Abuse (CSA)—to begin or deepen their healing journey. Through guided reflection, practical tools, and trauma-informed support, participants will explore ways to reconnect with their inner strength, rebuild trust, and restore emotional balance at their own pace.
